Aggressive development over the last 2 years has enabled us to now offer a range of performance services and parts for your NSR250.

From a lightened flywheel to a full-race specification motor, and anything in between, we can now offer you the competetive edge on the street or track! We also offer engine building/re-building and crankshaft servicing.

We can also offer full dyno set-up capabilities to fine-tune your modifications and verify our own!!

   

Here is an example of some of the services and parts we can provide:

Crankcase cleanup and matched to cylinders:	£150
Crankcase machined internally to HRC F3 specification:	£300
Barrel deck height optimisation:	£30ea
RC Valve weld and regrind:	£50 per cylinder (£30 p/cyl with port work)
Port optimisation:	£ POA (dependant on level of tune)
Crankshaft rebuild:	From £150 + £25 assessment fee
Lightened flywheel (all models - exchange only)	£40 + £15 deposit (refunded on exchange)
Lightened sprocket carrier (MC18/MC21)	£40 + £15 deposit (refunded on exchange)
Dyno assessment (no adjustment):	From £40
Dyno setup:	From £180
